Blue Mountains Heritage Motel Katoomba

The location was excellent, close to public transport, restaurants, and supermarkets. Easy walking distance to major attractions like Echo Point and the Three Sisters. The staff was friendly and the room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Good parking and amenities like a fridge, kettle, and microwave.

This place is a gem! The location is perfect, with easy access to the center of town and the shopping center. The staff is incredibly helpful and always willing to arrange a taxi when needed. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The breakfast selection is fantastic, offering a variety of delicious options to start your day off right. Plus, the view from the room is simply breathtaking. a wonderful experience!

One downside is that the carpet in some areas could use some updating.

The room was spacious with separate bedrooms, dining/kitchenette area, and shower rooms. The beds were comfortable, and the breakfast options were great. The staff were friendly and the rooms were warm, with electric blankets as a bonus. The location was convenient with supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes nearby. A 20-minute walk to Echo Point Lookout provided breathtaking views.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of town and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. It was also conveniently close to the train station, great for transportation. The hotel facilities were great, with a well-equipped room that had excellent air conditioning and a comfortable bed. The staff were nice and helpful, making my stay even better. Plus, the breakfast was delicious, and I was actually surprised to be upgraded to a hot breakfast for free.

Lovely room with a spa bath, providing a relaxing experience after a long day exploring. The motel's location was ideal, situated near the main shops and restaurants, making it convenient for dining and shopping. the close proximity to the Three Sisters and other natural attractions allowed us to easily explore the beauty of the Blue Mountains.

Although there were minor inconveniences such as the cleaners entering our room despite the do not disturb sign, and leaving their key in the door, these were not the hotel's fault. Being centrally located on the main street did raise security concerns, but again, the hotel cannot be held responsible for this.

Friendly staff, comfy rooms, free wifi, and great breakfast. Conveniently located near town and shops. Clean and warm with extra blankets and daily towel changes. Adequately stocked kitchen and excellent heating. Highly recommended for a weekend getaway.

The location was perfect for our romantic escape, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. The room was clean and the bedding was comfortable, nice for a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and willing to assist with any requests we had.

The overall quality of the room. The advertised pictures made it seem much more spacious and luxurious than it actually was.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the Blue Mountains! The location couldn't have been better - right in the heart of town with plenty of dining options nearby. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel was located just opposite two large supermarkets, making it very convenient for us to pick up any essentials we needed. The attention to detail was also impressive, with rooms that were well-maintained and stocked with plenty of towels. The hotel provided great facilities, including a lovely complimentary bottle of wine. Plus, breakfast was included in our overnight rate, and while the hot dishes were not piping hot, they were still enjoyable.

All was well, no improvements needed.
